Qq88asia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using qq88asia services. By accessing the platform, you agree to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the qq88asia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and qq88asia as the platform operator. This agreement covers all services, features, games, and transactions available through our platform, including access via mobile browser, personal computer, or any other compatible device.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and qq88asia reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in breach of this age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on qq88asia. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before you can make a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may delay withdrawals until the process is finalised.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. qq88asia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
  • Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if it is available in your account settings.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on qq88asia are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the payment page. Any delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside qq88asia's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are stated on your account page. qq88asia reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or suspicious.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-account use, or methods that breach these terms will result in account suspension, and the funds in question may be forfeited.

Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability

Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the qq88asia platform for any of the following purposes:

  • Any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable local laws.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
  • Colluding with other players in a manner that violates the rules of the relevant game.
  • Spreading false information or impersonating another user or qq88asia staff.

Limitation of Liability

Qq88asia is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided "as is" and qq88asia makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trade names, software, and visual elements on the qq88asia platform are the property of qq88asia or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any part of the platform's content without express written permission from qq88asia.

Account Suspension, Closure & Third Parties

Account Actions

Qq88asia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

  • The user has violated one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The registration information provided is false or misleading.
  • The account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • The user has registered multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, qq88asia reserves the right to place a hold on the associated account balance pending the outcome of an investigation, or permanently, depending on the findings.

Third-Party Links & Services

The qq88asia platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including game providers, payment processors, and technology providers. qq88asia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to each respective third party's terms.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Qq88asia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remainder of these Terms & Conditions continues in full force and effect.
